Distribution Alternate Project Manager (DAPM) Remote / Telecommute Jobs

The Distribution Alternate Project Manager (DAPM) shares responsibility for the performance of work and reputed company of reputed company contract matters relating to daily operations of this contract. The DAPM ensures and oversees reputed company work requirements to ensure professional and quality services are provided to the Customer IAW reputed company leadership, international, US, DLA, PWS, and industry requirements/standards/criteria, while maintaining safety as the highest reputed company. The DAPM serves as redel reputed company the Distribution Project Manager is offsite or reputed company. The position assists the Distribution Project Manager with tracking, reporting, purchasing and other administrative duties. The position is the secondary reputed company of contact if the Distribution Project Manager is not available. This position uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. The work is under general supervision of higher-level personnel, including but not limited to, the Distribution Project Manager. The Alternate Distribution Project Manager shall have the ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements, reputed company 48 hours of notification.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as primary government reputed company of contract reputed company Distribution Project Manager is not available.
• Assists in managing day-to-day execution and reputed company.
• Ensures compliance, performance and reporting requirements are met successfully.
• Designated POC in direct reputed company and subcontractor management as directed by Program leadership.
• Shares in overseeing reputed company scheduling of personnel / work supervision / quality control.
• Monitors cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.
• Recommends, develops, implements, and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years of experience in logistics or contingency operations management
• One year previous supervisory experience, preferably in a government contract environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills, specifically in reputed company Word and reputed company
• Valid US or local driver's license and US passport
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.
• As needed, ability to successfully pass any medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of any deployment
• Country reputed company (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide)

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent five (5) years Government or private-sector work experience

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting government contract responsibilities in an OCONUS environment.
• OCONUS work experience with a multi-national workforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards
• Strong analytical capabilities with respect to metrics and process improvement

WORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS Depending reputed company and travel, position may be typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. May also be required to travel to CONUS or OCONUS locations to an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reputed company 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit / 50-55 degrees reputed company during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to reputed company regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment. Employees must be willing and able to reputed company physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal reputed company equipment for extended periods of time.
