Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Skilled in coordinating QA and feedback processes across teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle is a plus.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and team meetings to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
• Review deliverables to uphold quality standards.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
• Support production and manage content deployment requests efficiently.

• You’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work in a tech-driven, Agile environment.

• You need a fixed roadmap to feel comfortable and prefer highly predictable workflows.
• You dislike being client-facing or working through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• You find frequent feedback or change stressful rather than an opportunity for growth.

• 100% remote and flexible modality. Your schedule will typically be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday to allow overlap with our US clients. On Fridays, you can connect early (8:00 a.m.) and disconnect early (5:00 p.m.)!
