• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Environmental Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sustainability, Procurement, Operations or relevant areas.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainable business (e.g., biology, chemistry, economics, finance, etc) or equivalent degree.
• Experience in implementing initiatives to improve sustainable manufacturing and/or operations.
• Experience in procurement lifecycle, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Sourcing, Supplier Management, Vendor Management, or Purchasing at a global company.
• Experience working in hardware, semiconductor, storage, memory, electromechanical components or reputed company field.

Working with Commodity Managers, you will support and encourage suppliers to prioritize sustainability performance. Through your understanding of the industry and its supply chains, you will identify the supplier's Scope 3 hotspots and appropriate carbon reduction solutions. (Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $142,000 - $152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role reputed company being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Engage suppliers and influence them to embark on the decarbonization journey and reputed company them to reduce supplier emissions.

• Identify decarbonization best practices for the semiconductor sector and socialize with the suppliers.
