Agency Services, a leading marketing and advertising company delivering results since 2005, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team. The perfect candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. This role requires a high level of precision and organization. Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up with open balances for on-time and on-budget projects
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Record financial transactions in our accounting system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for upper management and department leads.
  • Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, such as Quickbooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level or higher, both written and spoken)
