Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence in line with assigned service goals by identifying opportunities to improve. Scale in order to reputed company operations to an excellent standard across our Hiring Support team.
• Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
• Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities.
• Act as the representative of the user by surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
