This maestro will play a pivotal role as the co-creative brain behind Twitter and Telegram. We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who loves growing communities, lives for a good Twitter comeback, and has never met a social network they haven’t wanted to experiment with. You’ll be tasked with developing innovative ways to connect with our growing community.

Responsibilities
- Twitter whisperer: We need a maestro of tweets capable of commanding the algorithm’s attention. Your mix of sharp humor and ability to write clear, persuasive, and on-brand messages is crucial for enhancing our visibility in the crypto space.
- Trend tracker: You live and breathe social media. Identify which memes resonate, and leverage on trending hashtags. Provide insights that might seem overlooked but are essential for our strategy.
- Social listening expert: We’re looking for someone skilled in using social media monitoring tools to stay ahead of conversations and trends in the crypto space. Your ability to listen and analyze what the community says will guide our strategies and help us respond proactively.
- Social engagement: Be active in the crypto space, actively making efforts to engage with other accounts and partners. Master the art of engagement in our community spaces. Use your wit and wisdom to guide discussions and foster growth and interaction.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in the trenches of social media management for crypto/blockchain/web3 brands.
- Deep understanding of the crypto market and upcoming trends with a strong passion and believe in what we are building.
- Track record of growing Twitter, and Telegram communities within the crypto space.
- Ownership mentality, be in charge and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English language skill is a must.
- Strong understanding of social media mechanics to ensure goals are met within preset KPIs.
- Monitor performance and activities on various social media channels to identify room for improvement.
- Ability to demystify complex blockchain concepts and make them accessible and appealing to a broader audience.
- Highly creative, ability to create engaging visuals, clever memes, and interactive content.
Preferred
- Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Proficiency with social media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, Twitter Analytics, and more.
- Experience in community management and building Telegram Bots.
