Responsibilities:

Accurately assign codes to medical procedures and diagnoses based on documentation provided.

Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies.

Stay updated on industry changes and continuously enhance coding knowledge and skills.

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master degree in Pharma, Lifescience, Biomedical, Biotech, or related field.

Fresh graduates or individuals with prior coding experience are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
