Role Description:  The Digital Mailroom Specialist plays an integral part of the team, responsible for reputed company managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment.  This position is critical to meeting productivity metrics and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail. Roles & Responsibilities

•    Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines. •    Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI’s. •    reputed company electronic indexing. •    reputed company processed documents. •    Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes. •    Provide outbound customer service. •    reputed company other duties as assigned.

Work Experience

•    1-2 years data entry and/or processing experience preferred

Competencies & Skills

•    Ability to type 35-40wpm, with 95% accuracy •    Basic computer literacy or ability to quickly learn •    Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills •    Excellent attention to detail •    Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality •    Ability to work independently with limited supervision •    Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
