Apparel E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager (Fully Remote)

Job Description: Hooked on the Water is looking for an experienced Apparel E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager to drive online sales and scale our apparel brand. If you have a proven track record of growing online apparel businesses and know how to convert website visitors into loyal customers, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:

• Apparel Industry Experience – You’ve successfully grown online apparel sales and understand the unique challenges of fashion e-commerce.
• E-Commerce Optimization – You know how to manage and improve an online store, optimize listings, and create a seamless shopping experience.
• Digital Marketing for Apparel – You have experience running targeted ads, email campaigns, and social media promotions specifically for clothing brands.
• Customer Engagement – You understand how to build a brand following, increase repeat customers, and create a community around an apparel line.
• Data-Driven Growth – You can track sales trends, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth.

Compensation: Performance-based with a generous commission (20%+ of all website sales) and a dedicated monthly budget for digital marketing efforts.
