What You Will Get To Do:

• Thoroughly reviewing incoming requests from diverse sources, such as email, facsimile, chat, and mail, to discern the writer's reputed company for processing.
• Proficiently processing a wide range of routine and reputed company customer responses through letters and emails, while consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards for productivity and quality.
• Meticulously reviewing transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the reputed company importance of accuracy in this role.
• Collaborating with clients over chat/inbound/outbound calls to resolve reputed company and non-reputed company issues promptly and effectively.
• Engaging in chat, fax, and email correspondence with clients.
• Actively liaising with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
• Actively participating in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and reputed company set.

What You Will Bring:To reputed company in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
