As a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish, you will play a crucial role in supporting and building trust with our customers. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish. ,
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively. ,
- Offer available products and services that meet customer needs. ,
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers. ,
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs. ,
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
Requirements
- Two years post-secondary education or higher. ,
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
