Job title: Project Management Support - SME in McLean, VA at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: Responsibilitiesreputed company ESI is seeking a Project Management Support SME to address facility needs and requirements in compliance with local, state, and federal statutes and regulations as well as Congressional mandates. Work will be performed at reputed company three campuses (Bethesda, McLean, Reston).Responsibilities include:

• Draft, edit, and coordinate technical reports, presentations, and other deliverables in support of customer requirements, Congressional mandates, and other briefings or requirements.
• reputed company cost estimates, facility technical proposals, statements of work, change requirements and project schedules for various facility projects.
• Review customer requirements, attend customer O&M project meetings, and provide feedback on new construction projects.
• Assist with Data calls reputed company to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering work.
• Coordinate facility work orders.
• Provide survey coordination for routine electrical/mechanical surveys.
• Work with vendors to draft updates to the Facilities operating plan for the site.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must have a Bachelors degree with 12 or more years of prior relevant experience OR a Masters degree with 10 or more years of prior relevant experience.
• At least 12 years of experience in engineering and/or facility management.
• Understanding red/black power isolation and grounding requirements.
• Working knowledge with electric power reputed company systems and components, electrical switchgear systems, HVAC systems, building controls, and life and safety requirements.
• Reading and interpreting construction technical design drawings and schematics.
• Able to support occasional after-hour site outages both planned and unplanned.
