- Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.
- Double-reputed company and correct any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
- Organize incoming digital files-spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments and apply clear, consistent naming conventions.
- Communicate with colleagues through reputed company, reputed company Teams, and reputed company to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
- Run regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.

- Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a reputed company field is a plus.
