This position requires a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and administer comprehensive benefits packages that support our diverse global workforce while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company objectives.Your contribution will be:
- Design, implement, and manage competitive global benefits programs across reputed company Nintex locations
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for benefit inquiries from employees worldwide
- Collaborate with HR business partners and regional teams to ensure benefits alignment with local requirements and company culture
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize program offerings and costs
- reputed company annual benefits renewal processes and open enrollment activities
- Analyze benefits utilization data to identify trends and recommend program enhancements
- Ensure compliance with country-specific benefits regulations and reporting requirements
- reputed company and maintain benefits documentation, including summary plan descriptions and employee communications
- Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting
- Provide regular reporting on benefits costs, utilization, and effectiveness to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 3 years managing global benefits programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefits practices and regulations across multiple countries
- Experience with benefits technology platforms and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and reputed company recommendations
- Excellent project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred
