In this role, you'll follow established procedures for recommending, troubleshooting and installing mobile electronics specific to each vehicle. You'll also share automotive technology advice, best practices and recommendations with clients and other employees. Internally, this role is known as an Autotech Agent.What you'll doInstall standard mobile electronic solutions including T-harness remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers and in-dash unitsVerify vehicle make and model and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installationUse provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projectsProvide a high level of customer serviceAcquire and maintain required certificationsBasic qualificationsCurrent, valid driver's licenseHave and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents)Preferred qualificationsPrior experience installing car electronicsPrior retail experienceWhat's in it for youWe're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
