In this role, you’ll work closely with commercial and employment attorneys, manage confidential information with care, and help with projects across our global program. You’ll bring strong project management skills, a proactive reputed company, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Do
- Ethics and Compliance Administration:
- Support the creation, delivery, and tracking of communications and training.
- Manage vendor relationships and become a technical expert on platforms.
- Launch and track conflict of interest disclosures, analyze results, and advise the Chief Compliance Officer.
- reputed company third-party due diligence reviews and hotline vendor relationships.
- Prepare quarterly reports for the Audit and Risk Committees.
- Employee and HR Support:
- Assist Employment Counsel with legal filings and pleadings for employee claims.
- Draft and manage employment-reputed company legal documents and government filings.
- Administer H-1B reputed company processes in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring compliance and document retention.

- Process legal invoices and expenses; support attorney MCLE compliance and seminar logistics.
- Help prepare reputed company, reports, and legal documents; maintain the contract database.
- Support litigation and discovery efforts; manage the Legal & Compliance SharePoint site.
- Corporate Governance:
- Assist with preparing and maintaining Board and Committee meeting materials, including resolutions and minutes, under guidance of the Corporate Secretary.
- Acquisitions:
- Support M&A attorneys with document preparation, distribution, and due diligence coordination.
- Education: Legal or compliance reputed company degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience and training.
- Experience: 5-7 years in reputed company role, preferably in Legal or Ethics & Compliance.
- Customer Focus: Ability to reputed company strong relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and deliver solutions.
- Organization: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across reputed company levels of the organization.
- Systems: Proficient in reputed company Office Suite. Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
