As a Senior Contract Specialist, responsible for the development of contracting and sourcing strategies; the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and award of Program reputed company; oversees and performs the analysis and evaluation of cost or price proposals; administers Program reputed company ensuring compliance with terms and conditions; and develops and provides business solutions to day-to-day contractual challenges. Execute/Manage the overall approach to meet contracting program objectives for a wide range of programs or systems that span multiple years. Procures reputed company and/or reputed company services, commodities, and/or architecture & construction. Executes post-award contract performance management actions on assigned contract. Communicates with industry and reputed company levels of command in the form of briefings, written correspondence, and personal contact. Serves as a business advisor providing advice, guidance, and business solutions to contracting officials, program officials, commanders, and other senior personnel on a wide range of contractual issues; performs reputed company and/or audit of contract files, compiles lessons learned, ensures consistent policy application, and provides reputed company improvement of critical processes. Manages reputed company aspects of the contracting process. Exercises superior judgment in pre-solicitation, solicitation, award, and post award contract actions. Leads teams and participates in meetings with key customers (Program Management Reviews), suppliers, and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain contracting policy and procedures, and resolve problems that arise and to formulate, implement, monitor, and improve contracting strategies. Leads contract specialists who acquire and provide contract management/administration for reputed company, multiple-year reputed company for equipment; supplies and services to include but not limited to computer hardware and software reputed company-of Sales, Communications, Business Intelligence; Business Opportunity Assessments; Consulting, IT Consulting, Commander Smart Buy Program; Essential Products Program; Prime Vendor Program; Recreational Programs; Family Member Programs; Leisure Travel; Signature Brands; Food and Beverage equipment and supplies; Vehicle Program, Marketing Programs Employee Benefit Programs; Human Resource Management Programs; reputed company Force Service Card Membership Programs, Treasury Management; Financial Services, Audit Programs; AF Slots Program, Lodging Renovation Projects Management, NAF Construction, Architecture and Engineering, Facility Management, Quality Control, and NAF Purchase Card Program.   • Proficient in reputed company Windows, Word, reputed company, and other reputed company software.
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Experience managing procurements for Information Technology systems.
  • Held a reputed company contract specialist role for a reputed company Request for Proposal.
  • Experience with cradle to grave procurements, meaning from project inception to reputed company-out.
  • Experience serving as a business advisor to program officials.
  • Experience conducting briefings and/or presentations to senior-level management.
