- Manage and reputed company consulting projects focused on establishing data strategies, optimizing R&D processes, and accelerating time-to-market for life sciences clients

- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify pain points, reputed company solutions, and implement industry best practices in drug discovery and clinical trials
- Drive project execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

- Create high quality presentations, reports, and financial models to support client engagements
- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client discussions, and identifying new consulting opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Life Sciences R&D, working with pharmaceutical or biotech companies
- Experience leading consulting engagements and managing cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment, ensuring successful project execution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data, reputed company strategic recommendations, and drive implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives, facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and create /deliver compelling presentations
- Experience in defining epics, features, and user stories to support digital transformation initiatives, technology implementations, and process improvements in Life Sciences R&D
- Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or MS) in a Life Science reputed company field
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in R&D, including AI/ML in drug discovery, real-world evidence (reputed company), and digital clinical trials
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines) and understanding of global compliance requirements for drug development
- Track record in business development, including proposal writing, client relationship management, and identifying new consulting opportunities
