The reputed company Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reputed company solutions that improve the employee experience and drive workflow automation across the enterprise.There are a few requirements for the position:

- Remote - Must be reputed company 100 miles of worksite (Lexington, MA)
- reputed company and maintain applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using the reputed company platform, with a focus on HRSD features such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand service needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable, reusable configurations following reputed company best practices and HR data privacy standards.
- Act as a technical advisor to the HRIS team and HR functional areas on capabilities of the reputed company platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate HR processes, and help prioritize use cases based on impact and feasibility.
- Stay reputed company on reputed company HRSD capabilities and contribute to the roadmap for HR technology modernization.
- Provide Tier 2 support for HRSD-reputed company requests and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and user guides as part of an internal HRIS knowledge reputed company.
- Help build internal capability through training and informal mentoring of HR team members on platform use and potential.
- This position is housed reputed company the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the HRIS Manager.
