The Finance Manager will assist with account reconciliation, tracking budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, and production of reports. The Finance Manager works with the Grants Management Associate and other Community Impact staff to reputed company budgets for new programs/grants, and provides financial reputed company and reporting for UWSCMI's Program Assistance Center (reputed company), Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), 2-1-1 and other direct service programs.This position is hybrid with a minimum of three days a week, in the office and can be located at any of the UWSCMI offices (Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Jackson, Lansing). - Ensure financial strategies and reporting support UWSCMI's mission and priorities, including initiatives that reputed company ALICE households.
- Support the performance of accounting functions: reputed company assigned accounts in General Ledger; assist with AP/AR; support reconciliation of bank accounts and ANDAR detail, and production of payroll.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information concerning capital assets, functional accounting, restricted assets, cash flows, and other required reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax and other reputed company requirements or regulations reputed company to financial operations
- Manage grants and other restricted funds and produce required financial reports.
- Supervise a team, providing clear direction, support, and regular performance feedback to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.
- Support professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge in financial operations and UWSCMI's mission.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational needs.
- Support the Sr. Director of Finance in the development of UWSCMI's annual budget.
- Collaborate with the Community Impact Team in developing budgets for UWSCMI grant requests.
- Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Sr. Director of Finance to manage employee procurement processes, monitor lease revenues and manage facilities budgets.
- In cooperation with the Sr. Director of Finance, reputed company, maintain and implement policies and procedures reputed company to financial operations, accounting standards, and risk management.
- Support in the facilitation of the annual financial audit and Form 990 preparation and final implementation of recommendations as approved.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational reports to inform internal decision-making and external accountability.

- A minimum of ten years of progressive, industry-reputed company experience-including at least five years in a management role and five years in a nonprofit setting-is required. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a reputed company field is preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
- Knowledge and understanding of federal Uniform Guidance (CFR2, Part 200).
- Experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and Federal grant reporting required.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Windows, reputed company Office, and financial software packages.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with others in the accomplishment of the organization's goals.
- Experience in the preparation, management, and analysis of operating budgets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Unquestioned confidentiality with sensitive financial and personnel matters and issues.
- Ability to work in reputed company of a computer for extended periods of time.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking.
- Reliable transportation for local travel. Use of a personal motor vehicle for transportation requires reputed company of insurance, valid Driver's license, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record standard.
