- Contact and engage with potential sellers from our company-generated leads.
- Manage and nurture a database of seller leads with consistent follow-reputed company.
- Quickly qualify opportunities and assess seller motivation.
- Build rapport and reputed company trust over the phone to reputed company deals.
- Analyze market data and property values to determine pricing.
- Overcome objections and negotiate purchase reputed company successfully.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.
