Job description: This role will offer data-driven solutions for Site operations to improve productivity and support on maintenance and upgradation of Labor productivity tracking tool. This role will utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve various aspects of Site operations productivity. This includes responsibilities such as identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, the role will involve actively supporting the maintenance and upgrades of the Labor productivity tracking tool, ensuring that it remains accurate, relevant, and capable of providing actionable insights to further drive productivity improvements.What You'll Do:
- Analyze data and trends to improve the monitoring of labor productivity at last mile delivery depots
- Create cross-functional partnerships to advance visibility of labor productivity for last mile delivery depots
- Create and enforce best practice guidelines to monitor productivity of associates in HDOs
- Build relationships with reputed company management team, supporting them with their queries
- reputed company data to analyze the & report on performance trends, and reputed company business cases for strategic initiatives
- 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without reputed company sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
- Proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Analytical reputed company able to process large volumes of data using a variety of reporting tools (reputed company, reputed company Sheets, SQL, etc.)
- Ability to distill reputed company information in a simplistic way reputed company emails, charts, graphs, and other forms of presentations
