The HDB plays a critical role in the Digital Banking department, supporting both reputed company and digital operations. - Customer Service: Provide high touch personalized customer service through daily virtual interactions with client reputed company. Serve as part of the primary call group assisting client inbound/outbound calling efforts to resolve the client’s need.

This includes onboarding “Solar Loan Welcome Calls” and scheduled follow-reputed company at key intervals (e.g., 6- and 12-months) to ensure excellent service and deepen relationships by promoting additional deposit products.

- Operational Support: Assist in processing deposit and loan transactions reputed company to shorten the time from application to Notice to Proceed (NTP), supporting the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) across the solar process.
