ResponsibilitiesPart Time Benefits Eligible Role$10,000 Sign on Bonus Eligible!Provides support to mother/infant dyads with breastfeeding needs and lactation problems in a manner developmentally appropriate for adolescents and adults as necessary; Accountable for evaluation of reputed company quality improvement, and compliance with hospital policy and procedure.1. Instructs mothers on reputed company tasks necessary to initiate and maintain lactation during the infant's hospitalization; may include prenatal instruction and post-discharge follow-up2. Evaluates breastfeeding oral motor mechanics of infants and milk transfer making appropriate recommendations and management strategies3. Documents observations, assessments and recommendations made during consultation in patient record4.
