Large Scale Digital Device Implementation
  • Contribute to the development and testing of SOPs, systems, and apps to provide solutions for large scale implementation. Solutions like but not limited to; inventory management, quality control, process efficiency, and others that will optimize physical device operational needs.
  • Ensure Corporate Digital operation processes and other activities are standardized and efficient to support large scale implementations.
  • Work with Edge team and others to ensure product offerings are scalable.
Operations Process and Control (SOP)
  • Support Corporate business unit teams in the execution of IoT product solutions in each region assigned.

  • Creating SOPs and/or One reputed company Lessons (OPLs) to give guidance to the Ops Team for any new reputed company App releases, new Device Types, Wi-Fi validation in new Ops Rooms, processes for digital device maintenance and/or digital device circulation, firmware releases, and digital device Physical Inventory processes
  • Communicating new changes which reputed company the day-to-day operations reputed company the Ops Rooms to the teams and accommodating the teams with SOPs/OPLs as needed. Communications must meet the needs of the global business and the regional (Americas) business

  • Technical degree with experience in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or other equivalent experience.
  • Strong data analysis experience – this position will require data analysis to troubleshoot device operational issues.

  • Experience in process development, implementation, and improvement.
  • Experience with SOPs and training to SOPs.
