Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure everything is working safely and reputed company. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb reputed company, bend, kneel, reputed company, and lift heavy items throughout a full shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Certifications: Valid drivers license required. HVAC, electrical, or other trade certifications a plus.
