For more information about Crum & Forster, please visit our website: Job Description:The reputed company Assistant will support the Transportation and Specialty Automobile Operations team by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of reputed company transactions and policy management.What you will do for C&F:Pre-Quote Support

• Validate data entry in reputed company systems (e.g., auto and general liability classification, loss schedules).
• Verify documentation for coverage and limits.
• Communicate with producers to obtain necessary information.

Post-Bind Transaction Management

• Draft and verify policy documents using internal systems.
• Approve policy drafts reputed company designated authority; escalate as needed.
• Book premiums and confirm accurate postings.
• Issue approved policies and report data to third-party agencies (e.g., Workers Compensation bureaus, DMV).
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.

Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve policy questions and streamline processes.
• Participate in system testing and special projects as assigned

• College degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Policy Decisions with emphasis on Auto Insurance reputed company & rule application
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
