This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical leader skilled in both hands-on engineering and program management. You'll guide the development of scalable Java and Angular applications, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with product and design leaders. What you will be doing:

• Leading the end-to-end development of enterprise-level applications utilizing Java and Angular.
• Architecting scalable backend systems using JSP, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Providing technical direction and hands-on guidance to frontend efforts using Angular to deliver reputed company, reputed company UI.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and offshore engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Managing engineering roadmaps and schedules while identifying risks and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Supporting the growth and development of engineering team members through mentoring and technical leadership.
• Acting as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Promoting Agile best practices and ensuring sprint goals and milestones are consistently met.
• Conducting code reviews and delivering architectural reputed company and support.

What you will need:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 6+ years focused on technical architecture and program management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JSP, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Advanced experience working with Angular (version 10 or newer preferred).
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, cloud deployments (AWS preferred), and CI/CD integration.
• Strong leadership reputed company with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of aligning engineering efforts with strategic business initiatives.
