Pathology plays a vital role in the clinical care of UNMH patients as it is the science of the cause and effects of diseases.Working in conjunction with other departmental and ancillary staff, the selected individual will help support faculty, trainees, and staff with their clinical, research, and educational needs. Job duties will consist of but are not limited to assisting the Executive Assistant to the Chair and Department Administrator with scheduling, document preparation, meeting note taking, and special projects in addition to other duties.The ideal candidate is efficient, detailed-oriented and skilled in developing and maintaining customer relationships. • Administrative experience in a hospital or academic medicine setting

• Knowledge of medical billing, basic bookkeeping, purchasing, and reconciliations, in particular with reputed company's reconciliation program, Chrome River
• Experience transcribing documents from dictation
