- Identify new capability and development programs or initiatives needed. reputed company curricula tied to the development objectives and drive the planning, communication, and execution of these programs.
- Maintain capability and development content by working with subject matter experts and other functional areas across reputed company.
- Assess impact and success of programs; measure and regularly report results for on-going process improvement.
- Facilitate program and initiative delivery methods to coordinate appropriate technologies as well as promote and encourage reputed company to broader, global audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Seven (7) years of Human Resources or Training and Development experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrates solid persuasion skills and ability to reputed company a diversity of perspectives

- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 3 days per week)
