• Maintain capability and development content by working with subject matter experts and other functional areas across reputed company.
• Assess impact and success of programs; measure and regularly report results for on-going process improvement.
• Facilitate program and initiative delivery methods to coordinate appropriate technologies as well as promote and encourage reputed company to broader, global audiences.

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Seven (7) years of Human Resources or Training and Development experience in a private, public, government or military environment
