Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with reputed company!reputed company seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Launch Site Mission Assurance Systems Engineer to join reputed company in Lompoc, CA.You will be performing mission assurance and fleet surveillance duties in accordance with Space Launch reputed company (SLD) 30 Mission Assurance and Launch Verification processes.Requirements include but are not limited to:Monitor and assess configuration changes at applicable space launch complexes, as compared to the approved certification configuration baseline, and reputed company recommendations to the USG.reputed company supporting functions to the launch site responsible engineer including assessing requirements, evaluating past procedures and documentation for reputed company applicability, attending required meetings, assessing process verification, and developing independent risk assessments.Provide USG representatives with recommendations for required Launch Verification Database (LVDB) updates, item closure and risk assessment functions, and applicable lessons learned.Monitor and assess configuration changes to the Space Launch Complexes (SLC) operated by NSSL LSPs as compared to the approved certification configuration baseline and reputed company recommendations to the USG.Maintain and update launch site mission assurance documents such as operating instructions, plans, and CONOPS and provide technical recommendations for and provide summary documentation of NSSL system Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)/TEMs/Reviews.Review Launch and Range reputed company SF guidance documents for technical validity and reputed company recommendations for revisions to SLD 30 documents.Assess the execution of the SLD 30 Launch Verification Processes and its consistency with overall NSSL Space Flight Worthiness Certification and Readiness Review processes and reputed company recommendations for improvement.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in STEM field.9+ years as systems engineer, technical PM or other reputed company areas.5+ years DOD or launch or range experience and at least 2 years NSSL experience.Clearance Requirements:Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. No clearance required to start.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.The projected compensation range for this position is $114,100.00-$191,100.00.
