The Project Manager, Consultant reports to the Director of Cost of Healthcare Finance. The role includes execution leadership and support for initiatives to deliver cost of healthcare savings while maintaining/improving the quality of care. The work includes leading teams, coordinating project stakeholders and resolving/mediating issues to deliver required results.Responsibilities:Your WorkIn this role, you will:

• Provide overall program leadership, guidance, and manage reputed company aspects of a given program, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation
• reputed company resourcing strategies to ensure reputed company support for projects and for the day-to-day operational activities
• Review program budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the budget-resolution process

Qualifications:Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of managed health plan operations
• BSC experience desirable but not required
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
