- Guide long-term technology strategy, architectural decisions, and innovation roadmaps
- Manage and mentor a high-performing Agile software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and deploying web and mobile applications at scale
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and mobile technologies (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin)
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and RESTful APIs
- Experience leading Agile teams and implementing DevOps best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code)
- Strong background in reputed company, compliance, and healthcare data management (HIPAA, HITRUST, FHIR)
- Experience working in healthcare, ambient computing, or IoT-enabled applications preferred
- Knowledge of AI-driven software development for real-time monitoring and decision-making preferred
