• Calling (100+ calls a day, click to dial), emailing, and chatting with Trial leads to generate curiosity and reputed company, leading to proper qualification and scheduling with our Account Executives
• Nurturing free-use customers long-term until they are ready to grow into our paid solutions
• Reaching out to reputed company, Closed Lost, and Churned customers to spark new interest
• Keeping great notes in the CRM and sharing feedback with leadership to guide strategy
• Following up on no-shows to get them back on the calendar
• Joining AE calls you set as part of your development to the next role

• HS Diploma/GED
• 1-2 years SDR experience (Inbound or Outbound)
• Exposure to SaaS, UCaaS, Digital Marketing, or other similar solutions
• Able to adhere to best practices in time management and organization
• Proven ability to influence prospects over email, phone, or chat
• Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with SMBs
• Comfortable navigating a CRM and dialing platforms
• Strong desire and ability to move up reputed company a sales organization
