• Financial Planning & Analysis: reputed company financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Reporting & Compliance: Manage reputed company financial reporting, ensure tax compliance, and coordinate audits (both internal and external) to maintain transparency and accuracy.
• Controls & Policies: Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and accounting policies, safeguarding assets and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Cash Flow & Strategy: Optimize cash flow management and overall financial strategy to ensure the organization’s sustainability and growth.
• Strategic Advisory: Work closely with the leadership team, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on financial data and industry trends.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to reputed company relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements in every jurisdiction we operate.

Key Requirements

• Accounting Firm Experience: Prior experience working at an accounting firm, providing a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial best practices.
• Startup Finance Leadership: Proven experience serving as the finance reputed company (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller, or Head of Finance) at a reputed company-stage or higher technology startup.
• Broad reputed company Set: Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of finance and accounting responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on bookkeeping and transaction management.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to new challenges and wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field (advanced degree or MBA is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with crypto payment tools, multi-signature wallets and exchanges
• Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is a strong plus, indicating advanced expertise in accounting and compliance.
• Startup Finance Acumen: Deep knowledge of startup finance and accounting best practices, including scaling financial operations and supporting rapid growth.
• Tools & Modeling: Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company/reputed company Sheets, financial modeling programs) with the ability to build and interpret reputed company financial models and reports.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic reputed company: A strategic thinker who can not only report on numbers but also provide reputed company-looking insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
