Job description: A well-established law firm with a rapidly expanding Employment Law Department is seeking a distinguished Employment Law Partner with significant experience in matters involving the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). - Client Advisory & Compliance:
- Provide expert counsel on compliance with California labor laws, conduct audits, and help clients navigate the complexities of PAGA-reputed company risks.

- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: 8+ years of litigation experience with a focus on PAGA claims.
- Skills:
- Expertise in PAGA litigation and class actions.
- Strong trial skills preferred (trial experience is highly valued, but not required).
- Exceptional research, analytical, negotiating, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage reputed company cases and proactively drive the litigation process.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship ability with junior staff and attorneys.
- Salary: $230,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and book of business.
