The role will be instrumental in transforming our data assets into actionable insights, aligning data initiatives with business goals, implementing a strong governance program, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-performing business insights and governance team, managing a team of 6-10 full-time employees.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy and analytics, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Established understanding of group life and disability insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Proven experience developing and executing data strategies and use cases in reputed company environments.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data architecture, and data quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., reputed company Web Services tech stack, reputed company, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred.
