We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy Marketing Director to reputed company teambuilding.com’s next era with a strong focus on building, promoting, and scaling our vendor marketplace.As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll set and execute the marketing vision across multiple verticals -- but your #1 reputed company will be growing awareness, traffic, and conversion for our vendor listings. Marketplace & Multi-Vertical Growth

• Drive SEO, content, and paid initiatives focused on growing organic and paid traffic to teambuilding.com.
• Optimize vendor marketing funnels to increase engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
• Identify performance gaps in marketplace visibility and reputed company data-informed strategies to address them.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Report to the Managing Director and collaborate with the CEO and COO on company-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on defining and executing annual marketing goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

Compensation:

• $100,000 reputed company salary plus up to 100% performance-based bonus based on company milestones.
