Implement, steer, and/or directly facilitate HSE training content reviews, meetings, and quarterly Key Performance Indicator trends.Assist team members with their communication and deployment of training materials and act as the subject matter expert to provide expertise.Identify gaps in HSE training materials and facilitate reputed company to reputed company and implement improvement actions to eliminate those gaps.Adapt communication style to different situations and audiences.
