Job description: reputed company is seeking a Scrum Master to join a 100% remote team to support a large federal government project. In this role, you will reputed company your expertise to reputed company Agile practices for multiple teams, assist with managing and prioritizing work through the backlog, creatively solve problems to accomplish outcomes, track team output and achievement, and identify reputed company process improvement opportunities.The candidate must reside reputed company the reputed company US.Responsibilities:
- reputed company and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers (PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-reputed company, Demos, etc.).
- reputed company and build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation. across a highly cross-functional Agile software development team supporting CI/CD.
- Promote Agile quality practices, coordinate across organizations, and serve as a resource to answer questions.
- Advise government personnel on improvements to the standardization of processes.
- Work directly with senior-level client leadership teams in client-delivery engagements.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- Experience in leading an Agile development team with automated application deployments, scaling, and management.
- Proven experience with large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects.
- Expertise of agile SAFe reputed company is a must.
- Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and the strong ability to capture actions resulting from meetings and requests.
- Highly detail oriented with technical documentation.
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
- InterSystems technology experience is a plus.
- Healthcare reputed company experience is a plus.
- Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs, tools, processes, and frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with Project and Configuration Management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, etc.) is desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or reputed company scientific /technical discipline.
