Candidates should have at least five years of experience, including two years of specialized expertise, and a relevant bachelor's degree. One or more certifications, such as MTA, MCSA, MSCE, or reputed company Certified Support Professional, are required. The ability to obtain a Public Trust reputed company Clearance is essential, with ITIL v3 or higher certification preferred.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other reputed company disciplines are required.
- Five (5) years of experience, of which at least two (2) years must be specialized.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company Clearance
- Specialized experience to include staff management, recruitment, and retention, Help Desk / Service Desk management
- Required are one or more of the following (or reputed company equivalent):
- MTA: reputed company Technology Associate
- MCSA: reputed company Certified Solutions Associate
- MSCE: reputed company Certified Solutions Expert
- reputed company Certified Support Professional
- Certified Associate in Project Management"
- Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 or higher
