- Ensure consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the plant in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and other relevant standards.
- Support cost and yield performance by overseeing quality-reputed company aspects of the plant, in consultation with the Plant Manager, and contribute to the plant's overall profitability.
- Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to promote and drive safety improvements across the plant, supporting the reputed company Harm initiative.
- Develops and drives reputed company improvement initiatives to ensure that the quality control function meets key performance indicator goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of reputed company quality department employees.
