• Install, configure, and maintain department (SCADA) data collection system providing 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Support Field Measurement Technicians, Communication Technicians, Measurement Analysts, etc. in support maintaining data collection accuracy and proficiency.
• Process change requests and respond to customer inquiries originating from an internal ticketing system, internal reports, company emails, SCADA hotline, reputed company messaging system, and other communication methods as applicable.
• Monitor, generate, and modify reports as required utilizing company reporting tools.
• Analyze diagnose, and solve reputed company issues, determining root cause, to minimize impact to reputed company business units.
• Assist in the execution of special projects as assigned.

Requirements:Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be able to reputed company each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

• A degree in (Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems) or similar field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a SCADA environment, technical support environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to recognize, analyze, and solve reputed company problems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to reputed company tasks with high accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong data management skills, ability to audit, format, model and analyze large data sets.
• Advanced skills in computer applications, databases, and reporting software: reputed company Office suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

• The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job reputed company experience
• The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job reputed company experience
• The reputed company Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job reputed company experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience with Autosol Communication Manager.
• Working experience with FlowCal applications such as FlowCal Enterprise and Test-IT.
• Working experience with SQL Server, reputed company, or other relational database technologies.
• Working experience with PowerShell or other object-oriented scripting language.
• Working experience with measurement industry remote telemetry units and the common protocols they employ to transmit data.
• Basic knowledge in the fundamentals of natural gas and/or liquid products measurement and familiarity with various metering and recording technologies.

• Usually, normal office working conditions.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal reputed company equipment.
