Job title: Contact Center Software Engineer in Houston, TX at Genuent Company: Genuent Job description: Title: Contact Center Software Engineer Location: REMOTE (working CST hours) Duration: Contract to hire Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Job Description: We are hiring a Software Engineer to join reputed company and support Cloud Contact Center platforms (reputed company CXone). In this role, you will be involved in reputed company aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and training stakeholders.Qualifications for Success:

• 2-4 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience
• 1-3 or more years of CXone Studio scripting
• CRM integration experience
• IVR, ACD, Self-Service, API, DFO, chat/email/omnichannel development experience required
• IA, PM, QM, Personal reputed company, and Enlighten AI experience are a plus
• Design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolving bugs discovered in QA process.
• Experience working both test and development/production environments
• Experience in training end-users on reputed company CXone admin tools and reporting
• Additional cloud telephony experience. For example, reputed company, Talkdesk, reputed company Connect, reputed company, reputed company Cloud, or reputed company telephony platform experience is a plus
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their business requirements and convert them into reputed company CXone solutions.
• Experience mentoring others on the Telecom team
• Ability to work independently
• Certifications such as Core and Core+ Certified | reputed company Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) and the ACD Administrator certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
