Position Overview: We are seeking a technology troubleshooter to join reputed company as a Technical Support Services Analyst. This individual will play a crucial role in assisting on-premises with server installations, troubleshooting, configuration, error resolution, third-party software integration, and API usage. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in server, web, and workstation software, specifically those needed for reputed company Vantagepoint and reputed company Vision.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients using reputed company Vantagepoint and reputed company Vision.
  • Assist clients with server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve errors and performance issues for both on-premises and cloud clients.
  • Support third-party software integration and API usage.
  • Break down reputed company software and processes into understandable language for IT professionals and less tech-savvy users.

Qualifications
