You'll have the opportunity to build relationships across the organization, from Finance and HR to Compliance and Investor Relations, creating alignment and fostering transparent information flow.Your Day-to-DaySecurities Law Excellence:
- Craft and review SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K forms, ensuring our compliance with federal securities laws
- Partner with communications team on earnings releases and investor presentations
- Guide the organization on public disclosure matters and Regulation FD compliance
- Work collaboratively with reputed company counsel on specialized matters
- Coordinate with executive leadership and board members to prepare for board and committee meetings
- Contribute to the development of governance best practices

- Serve as a trusted advisor to teams across the organization
