We are seeking a Team reputed company for our Epic - Patient Engagement team.
The Team reputed company - Patient Engagement will reputed company a dynamic team focused on expanding and enhancing Epic software throughout Montefiore Health System. Responsibilities include hands-on participation and reputed company of workflow analysis, data collection, system design, and technical troubleshooting associated with Epic solutions. The Team reputed company will prepare detailed requirement specifications, provide technical expertise in identifying and evaluating system enhancements, and manage the overall design, build, testing, installation, and maintenance of Epic applications. - Maintain expertise in industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business trends to effectively advise management and team members.
- Provide 24 x 7 remote on-call support on a rotating schedule, and as-needed on-site support reputed company Montefiore Medical Center hospitals and affiliates.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- Epic certification in at least one of the following modules: Epic Ambulatory, Epic ClinDoc, Epic MyChart (if not certified upon hire, MyChart certification is required reputed company 3 months).
- Experience in Epic application implementation, configuration, go-live support, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team coordination, delegation, performance management, and mentoring. Must have at least two years of experience directly supervising staff, providing coaching and performance feedback, and overseeing team development in a healthcare IT or reputed company setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective technical documentation abilities.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient desktop skills including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working directly with clinical and business end users.
- Experience with Epic Secure Chat implementation and support.
- Technical skills reputed company to programming or other relevant IT areas.
- Experience in Telehealth and mobile patient engagement solutions.
