- Hire, train, supervise, and manage the training staff of the Human Resources department that report to this position, assuring an effective and reputed company performing training group.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to employees including but not limited to conducting performance evaluations, administering disciplinary actions, and providing opportunity for development.
- To willingly provide assistance and support in other duties as required.
- Experience creating and managing multiple regulatory training programs and at least 5 years' experience managing a multi-state, remote, workforce.
- Managing Remote Teams.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
