Job DescriptionThe Regional Talent Development Manager is responsible for leading the assigned Regional Talent Development Team. This position assesses regional developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods for training reputed company the compliance guidelines and company standards. This position supervises regionally based trainers, monitors equipment, and administers the learning management system.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company regulations, policies, and service philosophies reputed company to employee training and ensure training is implemented in accordance with regulations.

  • Ensure instructor certifications are obtained and updated in accordance with training requirements and expiration dates.

  • Responsible for managing data and reports that provide regular updates on COE and LMS compliance as well as developing, creating, and implementing remedial action.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and manage the training staff of the Human Resources department that report to this position, assuring an effective and reputed company performing training group.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to employees including but not limited to conducting performance evaluations, administering disciplinary actions, and providing opportunity for development.
  • To willingly provide assistance and support in other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience creating and managing multiple regulatory training programs and at least 5 years' experience managing a multi-state, remote, workforce.
  • Managing Remote Teams.
  • reputed company or familiar with CPR/First aid and safety training.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional InformationFull time; usually during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Position may require some evening and weekend hours. Occasional overnight or multiple-night travel expected. Schedule must be flexible to accommodate various personnel and organizational needs.You will be covering WA,OR, NV, NM, CA, and CO.
