- Act as the on-site host for participants: greet them, explain the session, guide setup, and reputed company sure they understand quality requirements
- Handle sensitive participant data securely and accurately
- Enter participant info and session details into tracking systems
- Report updates to program and project managers regularly
- Moderate sessions live, ensuring participant engagement and session quality

- Assist participants with basic troubleshooting
