We are looking for exemplary people to join our growing team of Ruby Receptionists where your job is delivering world class "phone" with a smile!You'll provide callers with an impressive first impression while representing our client's business! You'll be the face of that company, the first impression, the one they'll remember speaking with. You'll also run-down other tasks such as setting appointment confirmations and making follow-up calls.You'll need to have a naturally pleasant and charismatic personality with the desire to please in a fast-paced environment. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This role also requires a weekend shift and availability to work on holidays. Flexibility is a plus.Customer service experience is a plus but not required.This is an in-office position at our Virginia Beach, VA location.Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not reputed company any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Professional attitude and appearance / Team Player
• Administrative Assistant experience is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Punctual and dependable work ethic

Shift:

• Full-Time - 40 hours, 8 hour shifts
• Various Monday-Friday Shifts Available
• Must be available flexible to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Compensation: $21 / Hour with perfect attendance.Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift.
